Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AirtimeSure , you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AirtimeSure Technologies Ltd.

User Accounts

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Keep your account credentials, including your PIN and password, confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Wallet & Transactions

All transactions are processed through your secure wallet:

Funding: You can fund your wallet via bank transfer, USSD, or debit card
Service Delivery: We aim for instant delivery of airtime, data, and bill payments
Finality: Successful transactions are final and cannot be reversed or refunded once processed by the network providers
Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails but your wallet is debited, a refund will be processed automatically or upon investigation

Commissions & Earnings

Users may earn commissions based on their membership level (User, Agent, or Vendor):

Commissions are credited to your wallet immediately after successful transactions
Referral bonuses are paid according to our current referral program terms
We reserve the right to adjust commission rates and membership terms with prior notice

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose, including:

Fraudulent transactions or money laundering
Bypassing or attempting to bypass our security systems
Providing false identity or KYC information
Harassing our support staff or other users

Violating these terms may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Airtime Sure provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for:

Network failures or delays from telecommunication providers
Incorrect phone numbers or account details provided by you
Any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
